Staring Up at Old Barns in Gig Harbor, Washington
With 16.3 acres right off the Cushman Trail, Wilkinson Farm has ample room for dogs to frolic, walkers to wander, children to romp, and for country slickers to stand with their hands on their hips, lean back and take long sniffs of pine-infused oxygen. Originally a dairy farm dating back to the early twentieth century, the land houses the historic Wilkinson Barn, a craftsman-style farm house ,and outbuildings, built and inhabited by a pioneer family a century ago. The big wood barn, raised around 1914, is registered as a Washington State historic building.
