Meeting Past and Present for a Drink in Boston, Massachusetts
As we sip our beers it’s fun to consider that the Bell in Hand Tavern has been pulling pints for Bostonians since 1795. The original patrons might recognize the fish and chips, crab cakes, and other items on the menu, but they’d likely be baffled by the televisions in the dining area keeping us updated on the day in Boston sports. And they’d surely be astonished by the live music featured in the five bars. Luckily for us, we’re 21st-century folks who can enjoy it all.
