Stop reading and hustle to Austin for the Texas Book Festival in November and check out the great line-up of literary legends. A plethora of book signings and author presentations, many of which are held in the awe-inspiring State Capitol Building, make avid readers giddy. All the sessions are free, which means more money to spend at the Barnes and Noble tent where you’ll see patrons leaving with bulging book bags. A full schedule of events for the youngest readers will keep the kids entertained while panel discussions, cooking demonstrations and a variety of singer-songwriters round out the good times.
