Just last year, he was a wheeling around a fryer nestled in a cart in front of a Verizon store. His location occasionally changes, but look for the rainbow umbrella, and there you'll find the street cart. Place your order and watch the gregarious Ricky dip the fish into the wonderfully seasoned batter for a quick fry. You notice all his ingredients and toppings are fresh, from the handmade tortillas to the cabbage, salsa, and crema. As you dig into his sublime creations, marvel at the light, crunchy outside and moist fish within.
