Finding Rock Royalty in a Former Horse Hospital in London, England
Avid readers of London's gossip columns will see one name pop up again and again in the capital's tales of rock and roll shenanigans: Proud Galleries. While mahogany-coloured WAGs and royalty prefer the Chinawhites of the world, the big smoke's rock aristocracy are often found in this former horse hospital. By day it's a huge gallery space hosting exhibitions on popular culture, but by night the stable doors open onto several rooms of guitar chaos with many a lead singer laying slumped comatose in the corner of a private stall.
