Brig Van Osten, owner of Play Hair Lounge in Simi Valley, styled her way through season 3 of Bravo’s Shear Genius. Her salon, funky with an urban edge, inspires creativity—bright splashes of graffiti lighted by bare bulbs shine through what look like holes ripped into the walls (and that’s just the bathroom).
