Gorging on Fromage Like Mountain Man in Les Deux Alpes, France

Grab a table by the fire and prepare to feast on ridiculously indulgent Alpine fare. Start with the raclette for two at Le Cellier. A hunk of cheese is placed onto a heated iron contraption. As the cheese slowly melts, rake the ooey-gooey stuff onto your plate of potatoes and cured meats. Once you've polished off the fromage, it's time to move on to the fire-grilled plate of meat including lamb, duck, steak, and chicken. For dessert? Fromage blanc, a cross between yogurt and sour cream, with blueberries indigenous to the Alps, of course!
