Ditching Pretense in Brighton, England
Hotel Una is aptly named — a gorgeous green lawn lined with elegant sand-toned Georgian townhouses, one of which is home to Hotel Una, a suave, refreshingly unpretentious boutique bed and breakfast. Thanks to its origins as a Regency townhouse, the hotel is tall, slim, and well, winding — somehow fitting 20 rooms around its creaky central staircases. But owned and styled by a Bosnian architect, and lined with smart contemporary artworks, the hotel supplies all the simple pleasures in one welcoming, contemporary package.
