There is a reason why Downtown Denton is third on Travel and Leisure Magazine's list of "America's Greatest Main Streets", as soon as you step into the area you are instantly transported to a time of soda shops, candy stores, homemade pies, record stores, and illuminated cinema marquees. You will not find any empty store fronts in this vivacious downtown, nor will you find any empty sidewalks. Town folk and visitors alike enjoy taking a break from today to time travel to yesteryear.
