Is this island paradise a secret? No, just undiscovered. Most visitors to Vashon Island (and most locals) never make it down to Burton. But here at a blinking four-way stoplight is a little taste of nirvana: an inn, a general mercantile, a gallery, and Burton Coffee—all in one neighborhood.
