Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park is consistently named one of Florida’s best beaches, yet it’s still one of Miami’s best-kept secrets. Pitch your umbrella in the sand, cast a line off the seawall into Biscayne Bay, or launch your kayak or canoe.
