Fermenting With the Locals in Gig Harbor, Washington
Inconspicuously tucked away behind the Gig Harbor Inn, this local brewery is more like a living room than a bar. As dusk sets in, the neighborhood streams into the tiny tasting room to taste the daily brews and chit chat about local construction projects and sports team stats. Locals lug in empty growlers ready for half-gallon refills, while out-of-towners and regulars sample the tap offerings from pale-to-the-point-of-chardonnay ale to thick, chocolaty stout. A window on the left side of the room overlooks the brewing facility. Friendly and convivial, Cheers ain’t got nothing on 7 Seas.
